Geography
Hoa Binh is a mountainous province in the North. It is bordered by Phu Tho and Ha Tay in the north, Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa in the south, Ha Nam in the east, and Son La in the west.
The topography is combined by mountains and narrow valleys. The annual average temperature varies between 23 and 25°C.
Tourism

Geography

Geography
Bac Ninh is located in the Red River Delta region. It is surrounded by Bac Giang to the north, Hung Yen to the south, Hai Duong to the east, and Hanoi to the west. The topography is quite flat with a complex network of rivers and springs, including Cau, Duong, and Thai Binh rivers.

Geography
Ha Nam is located on south of Red River Delta, southern gateway of Hanoi. It shares border with Hung Yen, Ha Tay provinces on the north, Hoa Binh Province on the west, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh provinces on the south and south-east.
There are two main rivers: Day and Chau Giang rivers. Most of the land in this area is divided by the dense rivers. Therefore, it has the water area of ponds, lagoons, low fields and rivers which are convenient for aquaculture and water poultry rising.

Geography
Hai Duong is on the Red River Delta. It borders with Bac Ninh, Bac Giang provinces on the north, Haiphong, Quang Ninh provinces on the east, Hung Yen Province on the west, Thai Binh Province on the south. The network of rivers includes Thai Binh, Rang, Kinh Thay, and Dao rivers' giving good condition for agriculture and water transportation.
